Our delivery partners are DPD and Yodel. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel. DPD or Yodel will contact you to advise you of your delivery slot.

Please be aware the parcel may be left in a safe place (which is done at the driver’s discretion). If you know you won't be at home during delivery hours, please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally through our website. However, if you drop an email to our team at info@rockluggage.com we can get you a quote for the shipping but the sale would have to be on a ‘no return/exchange’ basis and is non-refundable.

Additionally, the warranty is only valid in the UK. Therefore, if you needed to claim under the warranty in the future, you would need to arrange for the case to be sent to us in the UK. 

If these terms are acceptable, please send us your full shipping address and details of the product(s) you wish to order and we will obtain a shipping quote for you.

Order by 1pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Next day delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas.

Please note, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public & bank holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to destinations outside of the UK or PO boxes in the UK.

Please note that if our shipping partner is unable to deliver because of a mistake in the delivery address provided to us or because no one is available to sign for your order, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional shipping charges arising from the failed delivery.
