Orders are normally delivered by our shipping partner. Smaller items may be shipped by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 working hours of it being placed. In the majority of cases, orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days. However, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, please contact us via our website.

We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your order is shipped with Interlink, you will normally also receive an email from them to let you know the estimated delivery date and provide you with a unique tracking number for your order. Unfortunately, this service is not available for orders shipped by Royal Mail.

Your order will be delivered to the address that you specify when placing your order on our website. Please check the delivery address that appears in the confirmation email you receive after having placed your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please let us know and give us the correct address as soon as possible. Your order will need to be signed for when it is delivered. Our shipping partner will not leave items at the delivery address or elsewhere without a signature. Please therefore ensure that you or somebody else will be available at your delivery address to sign for your order.

Please note that if our shipping partner is unable to deliver because of a mistake in the delivery address provided to us or because no one is available to sign for your order, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional shipping charges arising from the failed delivery.
