Forgotten Lock Instructions
More often than not, the code will have accidentally been set to a combination with one of the dials one number out from what you intended. Please try the combinations with one digit either side of what you intended on each dial. For example, if you were intending to set the code to 1-2-3, try:
0-2-3
2-2-3
1-1-3 etc.
In the event that the code has been forgotten, the only way to gain access would be to try all the possible codes:
0-0-1
0-0-2
0-0-3 etc.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to gain access. I am afraid there is no way to re-set the lock once a combination has been set (without using that combination) as that would compromise the security of the lock.
