Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order, but should you decide that you no longer want the item you’ve chosen, you can return it as long as it is in an unused condition.
If you wish to exchange, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
You have 30 days from the order date to return your item(s) to us.
Please arrange your return via the link below. Once your return has been received and checked by our team, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please note the returns shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. You will be able to see the charge when selecting your shipping service.
When selecting the returns shipping service, please check the maximum allowed dimensions and ensure you select an appropriate service according to the size of the item you are returning. There are drop-off and home collection services available.
PLEASE NOTE if you are returning multiple boxes and therefore need more than one shipping label, please create a separate return for each box. You will get one shipping label per return. For each return, choose the items from your order that will be going in that box.

If you have received the incorrect item or your case was damaged upon arrival, please raise a returns request ticket via our customer support portal here, stating your reasons for the return and we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. To help us identify your order, please include the following details: your name, order number, postcode, product(s) ordered and order date.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items have been used or are in a non-saleable condition. Following your return of the products, we will provide you with a full refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of us processing your return. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay.
