Rock products are manufactured using the highest grade materials and components and are subject to rigorous quality control procedures.  We are confident, therefore, that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, in the unlikely event that a fault should develop, all of our products are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.

What the warranty covers

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by airline or other transport carriers
  • damage caused by misuse including but not limited to overloading, transportation of inappropriate items, wheeling down staircases
  • normal wear and tear

Period of cover

The warranty period commences on the date of first purchase and is valid for the time period specified on the product swing tag.

How to make a claim

If damage to your baggage is caused by airline or other carrier mishandling, we advise you to lodge a claim at the earliest opportunity with your carrier at the airport or station at which you retrieved your baggage.  We recommend that you check your baggage carefully for any damage when retrieving it from your carrier.  Such damage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Proof of purchase must be retained and presented when making a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty.

To make a claim under the warranty, the product should be returned to the retailer from whom it was first purchased.  The warranty allows for repair, replacement or reimbursement at the retailer’s discretion.
